My Story

Meet Jiji, Professional Food Coach

My professional and social lives leave me with little “me” time! Because my life had been so hectic for a few years, I hadn’t put much effort into choosing good eating and exercise choices. Then, in 2014, as I approached my 30th birthday and had officially entered the obese category, I set a goal of dropping 30 pounds before my birthday. I exceeded my target with the assistance of the Custom Meal Plan of Keto Diet. I shed 55 pounds last year, achieved a healthy, “normal” BMI for my height, and have managed to keep the weight off for over 6 months.

I’d been doing Weight Watchers for almost a decade, and although I’d had some brief success, I’d never been able to keep the weight off. I abandoned Weight Watchers after joining a different Diet, dropped more weight than ever before, and have kept it off. Rather than spending a lot of money on a trendy weight-loss program, I like that I get compensated for doing what works best for me.
