I am a Certified Nutritionist, dedicated to providing accurate and actionable low-carb guidance. My approach is rooted in the Low Carb Lifestyle. While I am not a medical doctor, I collaborate with and cite the work of leading experts in the field.
My professional and social lives leave me with little “me” time! Because my life had been so hectic for a few years, I hadn’t put much effort into making good eating and exercise choices. Then, in 2014, as I approached my 30th birthday and had officially entered the obese category, I set a goal of dropping 30 pounds before my birthday. I exceeded my target with the assistance of the Meal Plan of the Keto Diet. I shed 55 pounds last year, achieved a healthy, “normal” BMI for my height, and have managed to keep the weight off for over 6 months.
I’d been doing Weight Watchers for almost a decade, and although I’d had some brief success, I’d never been able to keep the weight off. I abandoned Weight Watchers after joining a low-carb diet, dropped more weight than ever before, and have kept it off. Rather than spending a lot of money on a trendy weight-loss program, I like that I get compensated for doing what works best for me.
